I received my tablet today (17/12/11) for my son for Christmas. To say I am totally disgusted with the quality of this product is a complete understatement. It simply does not do what it is supposed to. Internet browsing is virtually impossible as is so slow. Will not load most web pages just stalls and doesn’t work properly. The touch screen is totally unresponsive most of the time and my honest opinion is that this item should not be sold at all. I wondered why there were no reviews on this product and now I know why ! Bet this review gets deleted also ! What exactly am I supposed to do now please seller ? There are five working days left before Christmas so looks like my Kids Christmas has been totally ruined by Memory Capital(Seller). I will obviously be returning this product ! DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE EVEN FOR A FIVER IT IS JUST A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY !

I bought this item for my wife having read the spec on Amazon. As it was just before Christmas I didn’t open the box and unpack it before wrapping it. When she opened it, at first it was OK, but then after a week I decided to check what had been sent against what I had ordered. The item I got was a superpad i10 – a different model than expected. What was surprising though was that some of the functionality wasn’t the same. It was advertised as having a front and rear camera but only came with a front camera, so I decided to contact memory captial saying not very good quality (has a buzzing noise when switched on) and you haven’t sold me what you described. I’d kept all of the packaging apart from a front screen plastic cover. Their response was really unhelpful – they insisted that I return all the packaging including the front plastic cover for the screen. Although I could have got another one I couldn’t be bothered in the end. My advice would be avoid this product – you don’t know waht you’ll end up with and buy from a high street or large retail store – customer service from memory captial rubbish. It’s sitting on a table now not being used – you get what you pay for !!! a lesson truly learnt on this.
